Lana Del Rey for Numéro Tokyo

Just a very, very, very quick post because, during one of my usual bouts of procrastination this morning, I was BOWLED OVER by Lana Del Rey's new photoshoot for Numéro Tokyo. It's everything I would normally hate in an editorial (there's a lot of pink. It has flowers in it. It's girly), but somehow, in this case, the collision of all these things has made it into something wonderful and I can't stop looking at it. That multicoloured sky is like something out of a surreal dream. And those lashes, those lips, that hair and that big pink bow! It's all so beautifully kitsch and, I think, suits her image perfectly - like a better version of that Vogue cover shoot. SWOON.
